Celebrating 30 Years Of Entertainment

The Quay at Springfield Quay, a landmark destination for entertainment and leisure in Glasgow, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in September 2026, marking three decades of bringing people together through entertainment, experiences and memorable moments.

 

Since opening its doors in 1996, The Quay Glasgow has welcomed generations of visitors and established itself as a much-loved destination for live entertainment, cinema, bowling, dining, gaming, family activities and events.

 

“Reaching 30 years is an incredible achievement, and one that belongs to everyone who has been part of our journey,” said Fraser Mackay, Centre Manager. “From our team members and partners to the millions of guests who have walked through our doors, we are incredibly grateful for the support and memories created over the past three decades. This anniversary is a chance to celebrate our history while looking ahead to an exciting future.”

 

Over the past 30 years, The Quay Glasgow has evolved alongside its customers and the wider community and has continually invested in creating new and engaging experiences for visitors.

 

While the anniversary provides an opportunity to celebrate the past, The Quay Glasgow is also looking ahead. The site continues to develop its offering, investing in experiences and community initiatives and ensuring it remains a destination where people can come together for years to come.
